is a factory in Lianyungang, Jiangsu, specialising in the development, customisation and production of food-grade multilayer vacuum packaging bags.
We manufacture two main ranges: PE-lined frozen vacuum bags for storage at −18°C or below, and RCPP-lined retort pouches for sterilisation at 121°C for up to 40 minutes. PE-lined bags must not be heated or retorted. Our six structures include PA/PE, reinforced double-nylon, PA/RCPP, PET/PA/RCPP and aluminium foil high-barrier pouches.
Our OEM and ODM services cover material structures, bag dimensions, film thickness and custom colour printing with your logo and artwork. Food-contact packaging materials can be supplied to meet FDA 21 CFR and FCM requirements. Every production batch undergoes quality inspection.
With established lamination and bag-making processes, we support small trial orders and larger production runs. Samples are available in 5–10 days. From material selection and sample testing to bulk production, we provide one-stop packaging support for food brands, processors and trading companies worldwide.
